02. Provision of Business Intelligence

Access Restrictions
Users may not deploy automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized data-mining tools against our proprietary analytics engines or market databases.
03. Proprietary Intellectual Capital
All methodologies, algorithmic frameworks, and market modeling techniques displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Singapore Digital Edge. No license is granted for the reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary digital analytics workflows.
Usage License
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to view materials specifically marked for public information. This does not extend to the commercial use of our strategic benchmarks or comparative market data without a formal service agreement.
04. Limitation of Liability
Singapore Digital Edge shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our market intelligence tools. Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the preceding 6-month window.
- We do not warrant that the server hosting the platform is free of viruses or destructive elements.
Clarification & Compliance
